Students who have been refused a student VISA despite meeting all documents and other conditions can ask for a refund by emailing a copy of the letter of denial.

The days since the start of the course, during which the student was able to take their classes online, will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

  • Students who fail to provide the formal rejection letter from the embassy or consulate will not be eligible for a refund.
